Andrew Sealey
Chairman
Andrew joined Campbell Lutyens in 1990 and was CEO until 2024 when he became Chairman.
During his 34 years in a full-time capacity at Campbell Lutyens he held a wide range of responsibilities within the firm including developing the firm’s fund placement activities in the early years, establishing in 2000 the firm’s secondary advisory practice which he headed until 2021. He took on overall management responsibility for the firm in 2003, a role he held until he stepped down as CEO in 2024. During his period of leadership, the firm grew from a team of 23 in one office to a team of over 250 across 13 offices around the world, becoming one of the largest and most respected firms globally in its sector.
Before joining Campbell Lutyens, he worked for David Hume Investment Management, a specialist listed and unlisted investment fund manager.
